What we provide

FL Plumbing Tools offers free, informational plumbing cost calculators, permit guides and an optional service to connect homeowners with licensed Florida plumbers.

Estimate and calculator disclaimer

Estimates are informational only. All calculator outputs are planning estimates generated from Florida cost research and code references. They are not quotes, bids, appraisals, or guarantees of price, and they are not professional, engineering, legal or code-compliance advice. Actual costs and code requirements depend on your specific site and jurisdiction. Always obtain a written quote from a licensed Florida plumber and confirm permit requirements with your local building department before starting any work. You rely on estimates at your own discretion, and we are not liable for decisions made based on them.

Lead generation and affiliate disclosure

Our "Get Matched" feature is a lead-generation service. When you submit a request, we may share your information with licensed third-party plumbing professionals and/or lead-matching partners, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may receive a referral fee, commission or other compensation when you submit a lead or engage a plumber through the site. We are not the plumber, do not perform the plumbing work, and do not guarantee the services, pricing, licensing status or conduct of any third-party professional. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the plumber you choose.

Verify licensing yourself

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, scrape abusively, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Limitation of liability

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
